Please go through these terms and conditions before you avail our services. If you do not understand or agree to and accept the terms in full, you are not authorized to access our services.
○ User means any person accessing Easy Events and its services on the Easy Events website or mobile application. The user could be browsing through the website or by availing services after registration.
○ In these terms and conditions, references to 'we,' 'our,' or 'us' pertain to Clinking Goblets Celebrifi Private Limited, the operator of the 'Easy Events' platform, including both the website easyevents.in and the mobile application also named 'Easy Events'.
○ Invitees are the users who avail of our services upon being invited to an event uploaded on Easy Events by a user hosting the event.
○ User Content is text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials uploaded or submitted by the user.
○ Easy Events provides a service that allows users to plan and manage any event and to engage the invitees to the event. Users will be further provided with various events related information and services related to events to ease organizing an event.

○ In order to access the Services, you must register with us and create an account (Account). You consent to undergo an ID check with an external agency to confirm your identity. It is therefore important that you provide us with correct and accurate details.
○ The Easy Events and the Services are only intended for use by people residing in India.
○ The Services are not intended for users below 18 years of age. We verify the date of birth during the registration process and if found under 18, you are not permitted to have an account or to avail of the Services.
○ You agree at all times, to provide us with accurate and complete information in your registration and Account, and to update such information as appropriate.
○ For security purposes, you would receive OTP to your registered mobile number every time you wish to log in to the app, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or OTP. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the OTP is kept and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your OTP has become known to anyone else, or if the OTP is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. At any time you are unable to login, please re-install the app.
○ Easy Events does not claim any ownership rights in User Content that you upload to, submit to on Easy Events; expect content created in collaboration with Easy Events team for its own events/ perusal. In such cases, the same will be specified while creating the content in question.
○ The user uploading the user content will be held liable if the content being uploaded violates copyrights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or any other such rights. Easy Events will not be liable for the content being uploaded by the user and the user agrees to pay for the rights for the content being uploaded and that the user will take full responsibility, legal or otherwise in case the content uploaded attracts any penalties or legal issues.
○ After posting or uploading the user content on Easy Events Services, you continue to retain rights in User Content as you held prior to posting such User Content on the Easy Events Services and you continue to have the right to use your User Content in any way you choose. However, by displaying or publishing ("posting") any User Content on or through the Easy Events, you hereby grant to Easy Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify (e.g., re-format), rearrange, and distribute your User Content through any media now known or developed in the future. Photographs used on the Easy Events Services in any Easy Events publication will include attribution to the photographer and/or copyright holder. Easy Events holds the right to remove any User Content posted by you on the website in the event that Easy Events finds such content to be violative, inappropriate or worthy of being removed in any manner whatsoever and shall not be held liable for the same.
○ This license will terminate at the time you remove your User Content from the Easy Events except as to any User Content that Easy Events has sublicensed prior to the removal of your User Content from the Easy Events, which license shall continue in perpetuity. Users can request for removing any content uploaded by the user on Easy Events by writing to us on easyeventz21@gmail.com.
○ The user understands and agrees that Easy Events will hold no responsibility if the uploaded User content is copied, infringed or if the rights of the content is violated in any manner. Easy Events further recommends the user to analyse these possibilities before uploading the content.
○ Easy Events contains Content owned by Easy Events ("Easy Events Content"). Easy Events Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Easy Events owns and retains all rights in Easy Events Content and the Easy Events Services. Easy Events hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to view the Easy Events Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Easy Events Website and using the Easy Events Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Easy Events Content appearing on or through the Easy Events Services
○ The Easy Events Services contain Content of other Users and other Easy Events licensors ("Third Party Content '') and you are permitted to access the Third Party Content solely for your personal use in connection with viewing and using Easy Events. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Third Party Content appearing on or through Easy Events. In the event that any User is found to be in violation of another person’s Intellectual Property or any other rights in any manner, they shall be absolutely and solely liable and no liability shall be laid down on Easy Events for the same.
○ Easy Events reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether User Content is appropriate; and to remove any User Content, without notice or liability to you, which it determines to be inappropriate.
○ User Content that exploits people in a sexual and violent manner that promotes violence, illegal activities, harassing of people and violation of rights of any person through impersonation or sharing details of any person in order to defame are strictly prohibited.
○ User Content that contains nudity, disturbing violent images, offensive subject matter, racial bias and content depicting any such violations are strictly prohibited.
○ Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, licensing, sublicensing, assigning, distributing, performing, publicly displaying, or selling any Third Party Content or Easy Events Content appearing on or through the Easy Events Services.
○ Users are prohibited from impersonation and/or transferring accounts or selling of accounts created on Easy Events.
○ Users agree to use Easy Events services only for the purpose for which the Easy Events team has created and intended. Users are prohibited and will be held liable in case the user uses the services for any illegal activities or activities prohibited by our team.
Easy Events reserves all rights to set and modify prices for the services provided to the user.
Users may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to Easy Events or others (including without limitation Third Party Content or Easy Events Content) without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information. Easy Events takes copyright & Intellectual property/proprietary rights extremely seriously. If one of our users is a repeat copyright infringer, reasonable steps within our power will be taken to terminate that user. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the East Events Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with relevant proof and we'll be happy to take corrective action accordingly.
Users accept and acknowledge that they are only visiting the Easy Events platform to use the various services provided to plan and manage events and Easy Events will not be held responsible for the actual event being held and Easy Events holds no responsibility for the hindrances in the event due to the app or otherwise. Easy Events will work to provide services that would help users to conduct their events seamlessly with a great experience but does not take any liabilities to ensure the same.
In the event that a User shares their content & photographs with Easy Events for being featured on our platform, such content & photographs shall belong to the Customers and once shared with Easy Events, will be considered to be available for re-use and reposting by Easy Events.
○ We may collect various personal information from you when you use the App or the features provided by the App.
○ Our Privacy Policy sets out policy with respect to the collection, storage, use, transfer and protection of any such personal information.
○ When you click on the 'I accept' or 'I agree' tab at the time of registering or otherwise providing your personal information, you specifically consent to Our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Easy Events or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill), whether or not Easy Events a has been warned of the possibility of such damages or could have reasonably foreseen such damages.
