Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Easy Events App for your event needs. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before using our services.

1. 100% Refund (excluding payment gateway charges):

Available if cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the scheduled date of the event.

2. 75% Refund:

Available if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled date of the event.

3. 50% Refund:

Available if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled date of the event.

4. No Refund:

No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of the event.

Note: Payment gateway charges incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel your event and request a refund, you can choose one of the following methods:

1. Contact our support team at clinkinggoblets@gmail.com at the earliest convenience.

2. Utilize the cancellation feature within the Easy Events App.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.

Exceptions:

In case of unforeseen circumstances or genuine emergencies, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
