Easy Events is a service for event organizers to manage the entire personal event along with friends and family; it eases the communication amongst vendors, co-organizers, and guests. Easy Events also provides various services for guests.

2. Why Should I use Easy Events?

Easy Events takes away the stress of following up and managing events; it also provides a one stop solution to effectively collaborate and manage guest lists, organizers, vendors, and other parties involved. It also allows you to set dates for timelines and effectively will enable you to follow up by reminding you about them.

3. Do I need anything special to use it?

All you need is a smartphone with good internet connection.

4. Where can I get the App?

The app is available on Google Playstore for Android and on App Store for IOS.

5. Are there any hidden charges?

There is no charge to create and manage events, but additional orders might incur for other services such as Matrimony that you may avail yourself of on the application. Once the order is placed there is no option to refund or cancel the order.

7. Who are coordinators or co-organizers?

Co-organizers or co-ordinators help you organize the event by adding guests and managing the guest list. They can also suggest vendors. They can upload images, and they can also assign responsibilities.

8. What are the activities can be done by guests?

Guests can suggest invitees and vendors and upload photos related to the event. They can also publish their very own matrimony profiles and view other profiles. They can connect with other fellow guests. They are also entitled to participate in digital photography contests. They can rate vendors and arrangements for the event.

9. The event I created will be public?

No. All the guests who have been invited can only access and view the event

10. What are digital contests?

On the scheduled day of an event, we will have specific photographic contests within the application where the photos will have to be clicked and uploaded. A voting process will decide winners by the fellow invitees.

11. How match making works?

A guest can create numerous matrimony profiles and can authorise the profiles to family members and friends along with an option to publish in selected events. All guests can view published profiles.

12. Who can rate vendors?

Everyone who is involved in the event can rate vendors(Guests, Organisers, and Co-ordinators).

13. How long my event data will be stored?

Initially, the application will store it for life, and in future updates, you will have the feature to delete your event data.
